sup Laura! nm here..just anticipating the summer..lol 3 more weeks! Design is going good i hope...final crits coming up..lol Next week will be really crazy cause i'll have to start my final model or drawings..but after thats over its all relaxation...except for work..lol but w/e...how about u? hows architecture treatin ya? ttyl
Well basically we have to design an arrival threshold building that mis basically the gateway to our public pool (which will be our next project) I am working the compression and decompression of nature, the site, and the buildings around..and using this idea i am creating a series of spaces that compress, then open up, and then compress again but the building basically begins to unfold in the site so its a gradual transition from nature to covered space..lol but as of right now its kinda boring, and orthadonal and looks sorta like a Roman temple..but hopefully it wont by the end..lol
